Takoradi Technical University’s Faculty of Built and Natural Environment Kicks Off BESA Week Celebration
The Faculty of Built and Natural Environment in collaboration with the Faculty’s student associations is hosting its highly anticipated BESA Week Celebration at Takoradi Technical University (TTU).
The week-long event which began on 27th June, promises to unite students through a series of exciting activities aimed at fostering talent, teamwork and academic excellence.
The celebration kicked off with the BESA E Awards at the Nicholas Aidoo Taylor Auditorium at 7 pm where deserving students were honoured for their outstanding achievements. The night was made even more memorable with a thrilling performance by award-winning artist Kwesi Arthur.
The week’s activities continue with the Department Week on 30th June at OBTF 1 at 9 am, providing an opportunity for departments to showcase their projects and innovations. On 1st July, the BESA LAB-C session will take place at BSSA Labs at 11 am, followed by the WIBE 1-Year Celebration on 2nd July at the NAT-AUD Conference Room 1, also at 11 am.
The grand finale of the celebration will be the BESA Games, scheduled for 4th and 5th July at Effiakuma Park, starting at 7 am each day. The games are expected to draw huge student participation and friendly competition among various departments.
