Kumchacha Rebukes Diana Asamoah Over Criticism of Adom Kyei Duah
Popular Ghanaian man of God Prophet Nicholas Osei widely known as Kumchacha has publicly criticized gospel musician Diana Asamoah over her recent comments about fellow preacher, Adom Kyei Duah.
In recent weeks Diana Asamoah and Adom Kyei Duah have been engaged in a heated war of words with Diana accusing the preacher of not being a true man of God. However, Kumchacha reacting to the ongoing feud expressed disappointment in the gospel singer’s behavior describing her actions as shameful and unnecessary.
Speaking during an interview, Kumchacha defended Adom Kyei Duah stating that the preacher has never forced anyone to join his ministry or purchase any of his products.
Adom Kyei Duah is from my hometown,” he said. Diana Asamoah, has he ever begged you to attend his church or asked you to buy his sobolo before? Many of you are hypocrites. In some churches pastors are selling stickers, keyholders, and books why doesn’t she criticize them?
Kumchacha further argued that attempts to tarnish Adom Kyei Duah’s image will not succeed as he believes the preacher is truly anointed and blessed by God.
You cannot bring down Adom Kyei Duah, Kumchacha said emphatically. He is anointed and blessed.”
Taking a more personal swipe at Diana Asamoah Kumchacha accused her of being bitter and urged her to focus on her own life rather than attacking others.
What you are doing is unnecessary, he said. Focus on getting married. Haven’t you noticed that no man is interested in you anymore? You should be grateful to whoever invented makeup.
The comments by Kumchacha have sparked reactions online with many Ghanaians sharing mixed opinions about the ongoing drama between Diana Asamoah and Adom Kyei Duah.
While some have sided with Kumchacha others believe personal matters should be kept out of public discussions especially when they involve individuals who are seen as role models in the Christian community.
As the feud continues many are calling for peace and unity among Christian leaders and gospel musicians, urging them to lead by example and focus on spreading love and the word of God.
