Dr. Likee Applauds Kwaku Manu for Launching KM Golden Estate in Obuasi
Popular Ghanaian comedian and actor Dr. Likee—also known by his stage name Akabenezer—has publicly lauded his colleague, Kwaku Manu for venturing into real estate with the successful launch of his new housing project KM Golden Estate in Obuasi in the Ashanti Region.
The grand launch held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 attracted several celebrities industry stakeholders and fans who gathered to celebrate what many described as a bold and inspiring move by Kwaku Manu.
Speaking to Papa Jay of Poleeno Multimedia during the event Dr. Likee could not hold back his admiration for Kwaku Manu’s ambitious leap into property development.
He has done very well… This is a big lesson to all of us in the acting community. It’s a reminder to invest our money wisely instead of wasting it on frivolous things, Dr. Likee stated passionately.
The event turned into a star-studded affair with many of Ghana’s well-known film personalities making appearances to show their support. Among the attendees were Funny Face, Kyekyeku, 39/40, Papa Kumasi, Okomfour Kolege and several others who joined in to celebrate Kwaku Manu’s milestone.
Kwaku Manu who has carved a niche for himself as an actor, comedian, and content creator, is now adding real estate developer to his list of titles. The KM Golden Estate project is expected to provide quality and affordable housing to residents in Obuasi and its environs, contributing to both the local economy and the real estate sector in Ghana.
