Bishop Sam Owusu Reveals Key to NPP’s Survival and Comeback
Bishop Sam Owusu, a renowned Ghanaian religious leader, has shared his insightful thoughts on the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) current situation, offering words of caution and advice on how the party can recover from its setbacks. According to Bishop Owusu, the NPP’s revival is contingent upon making significant changes within the party.
He specifically mentioned that the NPP needs to replace its current chairman in Kumasi, emphasizing that failure to do so will hinder the party’s survival. He stated, “If the NPP wants to rise again, they need to make some crucial changes, including replacing their chairman in Kumasi, as this is essential for the party’s survival.”
Bishop Owusu also advised the party to reevaluate its relationship with its spiritual leaders. He noted, “In the realms of the spirit, I saw that their prophet has deceived them, and money has twisted the directions and the things he receives from God and what he was supposed to tell them.” He emphasized that the party needs to gather men of God and honor them to speak on their behalf. He added, “In the realms of the spirit, they would gather voices, and they would return back in the name of Jesus, which would be a positive turning point for the party.”
Additionally, Bishop Owusu identified a potential leader who could help revitalize the party. He described this individual as a man with multiple businesses who fought for the party but was sidelined. This person was also the runner-up in the party’s primaries. Although Bishop Owusu did not mention the individual’s full name, he revealed that their first name begins with the letter “K.” He expressed confidence that if this individual were given the mandate to lead the party, the NPP would experience a significant turnaround.
