Akrobeto Makes First Public Appearance After Surviving Serious Car Accident

Veteran Kumawood actor and beloved TV personality Akwasi Boadi widely known as Akrobeto has made a heartwarming return to the public eye just a week after surviving a serious car accident in Konongo on May 23, 2025.

In a touching moment captured on TikTok by gospel musician Seth Diamond Akrobeto visited Seth and his mother at their residence. Seth’s mother a devoted fan of the actor was visibly overjoyed to welcome her favorite celebrity into her home. The video shows Akrobeto in good health and high spirits, smiling, conversing and taking photos with the family.

During the visit Akrobeto promised to stop by again whenever he’s in the area a gesture that further endeared him to fans and highlighted his humility and warmth.

According to a report by UTV News, the accident occurred when a heavy duty truck carrying a shipping container rammed into the rear of Akrobeto’s 2024 Toyota Venza shattering the back windshield. The actor was alone in the car at the time but miraculously escaped without serious injuries.

Eyewitnesses stated the crash happened in the mid-afternoon prompting a swift response from emergency services. Though medical personnel offered him further assistance, Akrobeto declined after an initial assessment saying he felt fine.
