Ghanaian Radio Presenter Nana Romeo Bids Farewell to Accra FM After Nearly a Decade
Renowned Ghanaian radio personality Nana Romeo known in private life as Abdul Karim has officially ended his long-standing relationship with Accra FM a subsidiary of Class Media Group (CMG). His departure was announced via his official Instagram account on Sunday, May 26, 2025.
After close to ten years of dedicated service with the Accra based station Nana Romeo expressed heartfelt gratitude to those who played pivotal roles in his radio journey. He acknowledged the owner of CMG, Alhaji Seidu Agongo and the station’s former General Manager, Nana Appeanti for believing in his talent and offering him the platform to grow and thrive as a radio presenter.
As I sit down to write this it’s hard to believe that the time has come for me to say goodbye to CMG ACCRA FM 100.5. After close to 10 years of togetherness the moment has arrived for me to take the next step in my journey and I want to take a moment to thank and appreciate the owner of CMG, Alhaji Seidu Agongo, to Nana Appeanti, the then General Manager who saw and believed in my talent, to all my colleagues both past and present, to my cherished listeners, and all my loved ones.
